            Still not a good day but I did get some more return cards out today.  I want people to know how much it means to receive a card, a call or a text when they are disabled or shut-in.  Even a thinking of you means so much!

            Bonnie and I continue with our Hymn devotion.  I would highly recommend Near to the Heart of God, Meditations on 366 Best-Loved Hymns by Robert J. Morgan.  It has truly blessed us!

            I also continue to listen to the Bible on the Holy Bible App.  I enjoy listening to the NIVUK version being read.  The reader is wonderful and so easy to listen to.  As my eyes trouble me so much it is helpful to listen to the Bible.  One of the hardest things is that it is hard for me to read.  That truly is a loss to me!

            But God is so good.  In the worse moments I feel His presence and love.  Like Peter when caught in the waves and storms when I cry out Jesus grabs my hand and pulls me to safety.  But rather than in the boat I am pulled into His lap and rest in His love!
