Each day has become a struggle for me and My Love keeps bringing to my mind.
"This is the day that the Lord has made,
Let us rejoice and be glad in it."

Here is my reply to My Love.

“This is the day that the Lord has made…”

Stars dance even as planets dance around them.

Each planet and each star dances in step

The stars sing their song of praise to the Creator

Solar systems dance as partners of a galaxy

Galaxies dance in step to make the universe

The earth stays in step around the sun

Dancing and spinning in proper step

The earth and moon stay in close step

As all stays in step one with each other

The pattern of the stars dance continues

Symbols and patterns remain the same

Over the eons of time in perfect step

The earth spins and the sun brings warmth

Part of the earth in light rest in the dark

The dance makes the sun seem to rise

But the planets dance around the sun

With the sun the birds begin to join in song

Animals join in the chorus of praise

Plants reach up in praise despite gravity

People step out into the dance of life

So small yet so big on God’s heart

Evil ones out of step with the dance

Bring screams from those they hurt

Destruction comes from their evil

Being out of step they disrupt life

But God guides His children to dance

Bringing those harmed back in step

Calling evil ones back to God’s dance

Life born, growing and bringing new life

Creation reaches to its Creator in praise

The dance continues and the earth spins

And so the dance brings night to day

A time of rest for part of God’s earth

While the rest wakes continuing the dance

Constant dance continues on and on

As God watches over each and all

God alone sees the fullness of dance

Deserving the worship of His creation

Songs and dance lift to God in praise

Who calls the dance throughout all days

Each part dancing in God’s great ways

So look and see the Creator’s glory

And with all of time dance and sing

“Let us rejoice and be glad in it.”                                        9/8/17
