            This was a terrible day and I spent most of it in bed.  Part of the reason was I felt so bad but also I knew if I rested I would be more likely to be able to go to Worship at Asbury.

            Ate very little because I really didn’t want to eat anything.  That seldom happens.

            But God was so good and reminded me that He is still faithful in the terrible times.  I feel His presence so much and when I pray I feel like I sit in god’s lap and I can experience His love and strength.
