November 7, 2017 Tuesday

Did not rest well and was weary the whole day.  Bonnie and I had our devotion and had a time of prayer.  There is so much for us to pray about and to pray for.  So many in our family are in need of prayer and blessing.  Where Jonathan works was in a lock down because of threats and this is a reminder of the shooting at a church in Texas where 27 were killed and over 20 injured.  The shooting is so sad because the victims ranged from 70 to 18 months.

Rev Ashley Helton from Asbury called to see if she could come by tomorrow to visit with us.  She will be coming for lunch and we look forward to getting to know her better.

We also are praying for Bob Bennett’s family and he is the father of Levi who is Sarah’s husband.  May our Lord bless them through the hope of the resurrection.  Also my sister is not well and we are daily lifting her up in prayer.

God also led me to pray for the Philippines, the Middle East and the many countries where Christians are being persecuted.  It seems it is open season on Christians around the world and I pray that God will bless His children.

As I was praying God showed me all that is happening is within His plan.  That while so many the power of the Muslims My Love is destroying them from within as many Muslims are coming to Jesus.  That God is destroying the power of those who use and abuse people and exploit them for they stand against God and hurt those God loves.  I saw where nations will groan and topple and fall.  God wants His children to pray and that prayer rises as an incense to Him and in His pleasure so much is made right.
