The next four Sundays are the Season of Advent which is a time of preparation for the birth of Jesus. Christmas comes from Christ and Mass which means God come in the flesh! This season we will look at the promise of the birth of Jesus as seen in Isaiah 53 and since this is a time to meditate and discover these Advent messages will a time of questions rater than messages.

Heaven and earth wait in hopeful anticipation
will the promise finally come to completion
Will Hope be born into despairing creation
Will Life be resurrection for dying creation
The stars await their dance of celebration
Angels prepare to sing a song of celebration

December 2,2018 First Sunday of Advent Isaiah 53:1-3
1 ¶ Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? 2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him. 3 He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.” (Isaiah 53:1-3 NKJV)

God gives Isaiah a revelation of the coming Messiah to help God’s people know the Messiah who will come one day.
